ARBOUR HOUSE is a practice of nine, working mostly on domestic extensions and small public buildings. The work covered the identity and the site that carries the project archive.
Brief
The practice had a strong drawing culture and a website that showed none of it. Photography was doing all the talking, and the thinking clients actually pay for stayed invisible.
Approach
We put the drawings first. Plans, sections and sketch overlays lead each project, with photography arriving last as confirmation rather than argument. The mark is a column and a beam, two rectangles meeting at a fixed proportion.

Outcome
Enquiries now arrive referencing specific drawings. First meetings run shorter, because the client has already seen how the practice works.
